JUNIOR SPECIALIST

Junior Specialists are licensed professionals and on our New Talent Team. They go through our 4-week advanced training program where they learn our culture, systems, luxury products, and extend their education. They work alongside our Master Specialists once a week to gain the knowledge and develop the skillset necessary to deliver quality services, in every aspect of their "craft", to our guests.

SENIOR SPECIALIST

Senior Specialists have accumulated the education, experience, and skillset from real-life experience as well as through top-quality continuing education. They are well equipped to hand handle the complexities of customizing skin care services. They are also versed in advanced services such as lash lifts and tints.

MASTER SPECIALIST

Master Specialists are exactly that: True masters of their craft (pun intended). They are established, respected, and carry a reputation for excellence that makes this title well-earned. With years of experience, advanced education, and the highest demand for their services, there isn't much a Master Specialist has not been a part of creating.
