CANCELLATION POLICY

At CRAFT Salon, we are dedicated to delivering a remarkable experience. With respect to our artists' time, and to our other guests, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect.
GUIDELINES:
48-Hour Notice: Please notify us at least 48 hours before to cancel or reschedule. This assists us in accommodating others on our waiting list. Failure to notify us may result in a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Fee: No-shows or late changes within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee of scheduled services to compensate our artists for lost income.
Payment will be required before receiving any future services.
CANCELING WHILE IN THE CHAIR:
We understand that your ideal look changes, or money may be tight. However, while in the chair, if you decide you want to cancel any of your services and opt to keep another, it will be considered a late cancel. Therefore, our 50% cancellation fee will take effect in addition to your completed services.

REDO'S & REFUNDS

We value your satisfaction and understand that there could be times where we do not meet your expectations; despite our best efforts. At CRAFT, we approach these instances as an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve. As a result, we have a redo policy in effect.
REDO POLICY:

Should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within seven (7) days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we kindly ask that you return to the salon so that we can evaluate any challenges. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any concerns to your satisfaction by arranging a conversation with the artist who performed the initial service. If it is determined that a redo is necessary, adjustments are made available to you at no cost. If a different service is requested then previously discussed in original appointment, it will be scheduled and charged as a new service. 
We are commited to delivering exceptional results, and respectfully ask for a chance to rectify any concerns you may have.
REFUND POLICY:
If we are unable to meet expectations with satisfaction after given the opportunity to make it right, a full or partial refund may be granted. If we are not given the chance to correct any challenges, a refund of services will be forfeited. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive our best to delivering an excellent experience.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Unused/unopened retail products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or product credit on open products, at least 3/4th full, for up to 30 days after purchase.
All tool and brush sales are final.
