I love working at CRAFT because: It's such an amazing environment. CRAFT is more than the typical hair salon. Every artist is bringing their all to privide the best personal experience for each individual that walks in. As an artist, I love it at CRAFT because of the on-going education provided in my day-to-day. This allows me to constantly grow my skill set and improve the quality of the guest experience.

Trend forecast: Within the next year, I believe lived-in color will continue to grow. It allows the most organic looks while being able to stay as creative as you'd like. As for cutting, we are in a time where we are going full circle and bringing back many different styles and cuts, from bouncy blowouts to a sleek French bobs. With that being said, bob will continue to be the trendiest haircut for 2024, considering how many we've seen so far!
